Motorola Global Day of Service – October 13th
October 13, 2010
Event layout:
FPDCC and FOTP are planning for approximately 300 Motorola employees to come out and volunteer at Busse Woods on October 13th. Individuals will be placed into teams of 10 and will be led under the guidance of a team leader. FPDCC and FOTP are planning for two shifts in which 150 employees from Motorola will be working on various activities from 9:00AM – Noon and 12:30PM – 3:30PM.
The afternoon shift will begin at 12:30PM. Individuals will be asked to work for approximately 3 hours. In the event of any questions or concerns regarding the task assigned, questions should be directed to the team leaders, which in turn should be directed to the FPDCC and FOTP staff. Additionally, FOTP will have 2 first aid/water stations set up throughout the designated work area at Busse Woods.
Additional Information will be made available online, such as the leader training schedule, the site map, etc. It is recommended that all team leaders read through the information before the scheduled training.
