Friends of the Parks prepared this helpful information sheet to direct you to important city council committees that impact Chicago parks. We urge park advisory council (PAC) members to become more familiar with the committees below, particularly the committees on which your local alderman serves as member.

Only council committees important to parks, open spaces and natural areas are listed below. The Chicago City Council is made of 19 working committees.
