Volunteers are needed for a greening project near you!
Consider volunteering at:
Columbus Park – 500 S. Central
Join volunteers from Mizuho Bank and mulch the trees around the park.
Gompers Park – Pulaski & Foster (Enter from the parking lot on Pulaski just south of Foster)
Grand Crossing Park -7655 S. Ingleside
Busse Woods – Higgins Road (Route 72 just east of Route 53)
Whistler Woods – 134th & S. Halsted

Join in the nation’s largest hands-on volunteer effort to improve and enhance public lands. Celebrate National Public Lands Day with Friends of the Parks by cleaning and greening your neighborhood parks or local forest preserve.
